Assyrian Voice is a world wide community for Assyrians online, offering different services including chat, forums, music, news, and more. The community was created in 1999. The site started as a mere personal page for the webmaster, but in October 1999, it exploded in growth, when it replaced Nineveh.com as the sole provider of text chat service for Assyrians online. In early 2000, Assyrian Voice experienced more explosive growth, when it became the first Assyrian website ever to add a voice chat. The growth has continued to skyrocket ever since. Today, Assyrian Voice has over 5,000 registered members, with some 200,000 repeat visitors a month, making it one of the biggest and busiest Assyrian website online.
